Scope of Role: Reporting to the Head of Investment Operations and leading a team of 6 staff overlooking all aspects of fund operations and pricing for our product offerings to our members. Scope of responsibilities include daily unit pricing, daily cash flow management, fees and expense management, APRA reporting, quarterly distributions to our investment clients, year end, monthly tax provisioning and annual tax wash up, custodian liaison and management of outsourced relationships, performance monitoring and staff training.Active participant in projects to raise awareness of changes and its impact to unit pricing and performance for members including asset transitions and Successor Funds Transfer.

Scope of Role: Lead person locally for the operations and administration for a group of managed funds to address substantive tax and regulatory events, resolve complex business issues, relationship management to service providers and provide daily client and operational support. Involved in the strategic planning of the operational framework and provided overall vision and governance to support further growth of the business.

Scope of Role: Reported to the Senior Audit Manager and worked on operational audits predominantly in the wealth management business areas including investment management, investment accounting, broking, margin lending, financial planning, staff superannuation, group insurance and group finance.

Fund accounting for hedge funds including calculation of NAV, HWM performance fees calculations, reconciliation (cash, holdings, ledger balances), maintenance of share registry, record and facilitate payment of fund expenses and liaison for external auditors.

Oversee a team of 5 fund accountants, review and sign off of unit prices prior to release to clients, coordinate monthend and yearend processes, coordinate client asset transfers, BAS returns, quarterly distribution calculations, MIS reporting, management of claims process for the funds group, client liaison, training and coaching of fund accountants.
