With a clear focus on increasing the post-secondary attainment rate in the Memphis Metro Area, Graduate Memphis serves as the convener of a community collaborative addressing issues and providing solutions related to access and attainment. In the past two years Graduate Memphis has expanded its direct services to include college advising to high school juniors and seniors, increased its partnership base by 88%, and has been named the National Center of Excellence for The Graduate Network providing training and technical assistance to new and existing organizations working to increase postsecondary attainment within their communities.

Responsibilities included in managing a staff of five and 120-200 youth ages 16-24 enrolled in a medical trade; convene monthly trade council meetings, monitor and evaluate trainers; conduct mock interviews with program completers to ensure job and/or postsecondary preparedness; team was recognized by MINACT President for highest program completion and job placement out of the five job corps centers
