As a healthcare executive for more than 12 years, I’ve seen the transformative power of innovation and creativity in healing when people set aside agenda to support, serve and advocate for human life and wellness. At HCA hospital, I successfully implemented IT systems managing a budget of $1B in three new locations in 18 months. At AFSP, I created and implemented a portfolio of 87 national projects in two year’s time supporting the continual reduction of suicide rates throughout the country. I’ve experienced first-hand what happens when teams work in the spirit of co-elevation, are a valuable part of an ecosystem that is intricate and fragile at the same time. I also see what happens when environments are created without a defined set core values leading to division, dilution of care, and a loss of virtue at the heart of the work. Recently, I hit a moment of clarity and realized, while this work in Healthcare has been deeply impactful, I’m ready to create something more.. Something that touches into the true human potential to thrive.For over 15 years, I’ve also had the great fortune to be an intricate part of several other creative worlds. My husband, is an award-winning festival producer netting over $100M in regional festival revenue during his tenure in events. During this time, I served as a curator and designer of ecstatic experiences and safe-havens, which has culminated into the recent launch of our retreat center Communitas. I’ve found my true passion and voice through the combination of innovative world design, radical creative expression & mental health leadership, leading to a life of profound self-discovery and transformation. The confluence of these experiences is leading into the launch of this next phase in my professional journey. In the next six months, I will be revealing our $85M project launch detailing how I and amazing team of innovators and creators will be accomplishing this goal.
