I am responsible for cultivating my territory by developing demand and relationship building in the market by; maintaining, and creating new residential, commercial, and national accounts with; regional fabricators, contractors, big box, commercial, custom home builders, designers, as well as K&B accounts, through sales and promotion of Cosentino products.

My duties included all Territory AM duties as well as overseeing six regional Western states. I maintained communications with all National Accounts; Lowe’s, THD, etc., stores and fabricators associated with each state. Trouble shoot related issues and performance reviews with National Account fabricators and their associated stores therein.

I maintained the following positions: Sales, Estimator (tile and stone applications), Project Management, Project Coordinator, Lead Designer, and Sales for both technical and aesthetic specific to, customizing interior/exterior tile/stone, kitchen and bath (large/small format), flooring applications (hardwood/laminate/carpet) and material.

As an independent sales rep (commission based), I provided outside sales, design and maintenance for established builder/contractors as well as residential clients for interior/exterior tile and stone applications through several well established/local fabricators. I called grew sales for associated distributors, builders and contractors, as well as successfully generating new leads that led to customers.

I provided design and custom interior and exterior tile aesthetics and application, as well as slab sales for: retail, designers, contractors and fabricators. As manager, I provided inside sales management, training to new and experienced CSR's as well as sample room needs and staff. Additionally, and periodically, I staged and produced all branch related special events large and small scale. I performed various administrative and managerial duties specific to seven staff members, provided showroom stats, tracking and staff related updates to corporate leaders.
