Partner with organizations to manage all payroll processes for close to 3,000 hourly and salariedemployees per various collective bargaining agreements – utilizing Rainmaker and Ultipro- Analyze departmental fiscal data, programs, and operations to ensure compliance, accuracy, and tocreate processes to reduce payroll costs. Use Excel and VLOOKUP function for analysis.- Manage various employee relations and investigations related to payroll discrepancies andtime/attendance policies. Prioritize reconciliation of discrepancies / variances to resolve in < 48 hours.- Initiate employee interviews for employee relations cases and accurately document statements. Createprogressive discipline forms, performance-improvement-plans, and/or terminate based on findings.- Create ad hoc reports for internal and external business partners. Compile various documentation toprovide upper leadership with employee trends in human resources and payroll.- Prepare and analyze audit reports for pilots and flight attendants to ensure accuracy in pay for hoursover a month’s time; perform audits for sick and OJI usage/banks.- Reduced payroll errors average of 13.3 in Quarter 1 to an average of 2 by Quarter 3 in 2018.

Ensure flights operated by ExpressJet have the proper crew compliment and that the crews operate in accordance with applicable Federal Aviation Regulation, union agreements, and company policies.Responsible for having a strong working knowledge of both CRJ & ERJ Pilot and Flight Attendant collective bargaining agreements.Make adjustments to crew members’ schedules using a computerized crew scheduling system.Support and communicate with various teams in Operations Control Center.Analyze exceptions that would create logistical problems for the daily flight operations up to 72 hours ahead.
