Replaced outdated sales forecasting tool with custom solution to improve sales and retention for software, services, and hardware LOBs. Increased case deflections by rearchitecting support case management solution.Increased sales partner revenues by scaling partner auto-renewals program. Restructured and automated sales planning systems to greatly reduce planning and goaling timelines.

Responsible for Cisco’s sales platforms that support a global salesforce of sellers. Core capabilities supported include pipeline/opportunity management, forecasting, sales planning and compensation.Led Marketing IT and Cisco.com teams with overall responsibility including architecture, analysis, delivery, and operations of software solutions.Scaled Salesforce Enterprise Cloud instances, owning implementation, licensing, instance management, and security compliance. Lowered total instances by co-defining and managing instance consolidation strategy.

Led business process transformation PMO while designing and deploying a variety of pre-sales and pipeline management systems, including a fully integrated equipment-tracking solution to control distribution centers in lending out demo products charged back to sales.Implemented multiple initiatives to grow and empower channel partner service providers, including a Lead Management module within Salesforce generating incremental revenue.
