Supervise and enhance Staff and Organizational Development team operations, focusing on innovative training solutions and professional development. Manage and allocate department budget. Coordinate training, onboarding, and professional development initiatives. Integrate equity, diversity, inclusion, and social justice core values into all program aspects. Update and revise library policy procedures with equity lens, promoting inclusiveness and fairness throughout organization. Collect statistics for Commissioner and Library Board.
