Spearheaded the flood insurance department and implementation of the FEMA based MPPP program during Hurricane Sandy disaster period.Reduced the Insurance risk and protected the bank's collateral for 4000+ loans to < 50 loans, of which now have compliant with FEMA's rules, have adequate amount of Flood insurance policies.• Implemented a FEMA compliant plan to ascertain all 4000 loans which were FEMA re-surveyed within a high risk flood zone, to achieve active adequate flood insurance policies.• Actively maintained and analyzed all loans, resurveyed by FEMA to protect the bank's collateral against flood risk and potential additional costs or loss in equity.• Reduced risk of 4000 loans which did not have any or adequate active flood insurance polices.
