Renee Peek is Business Improvement Lead at Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD). Business Improvement (BI) is WBD’s internal strategy & consulting function focused on leading enterprise-level business transformation initiatives. From 2014 to 2021 (prior to WBD merger), BI led every major cost restructuring, business reorganization, and enterprise-wide, post-merger integration for WarnerMedia.Partnering with senior executives, Renee has led projects focused on business strategy and transformation, identification of synergy opportunities, M&A integration, end-to-end business process improvement, and the development and implementation of new operating and organization models.Prior to joining WarnerMedia in 2015, Renee was at Deloitte Consulting focusing on HR Transformation working with several fortune 500 companies across a variety of industries including Media, Consumer and Industrial Products and the Public Sector. Renee graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a BS. In Industrial and Systems Engineering.
