The HUFAG foundation has organized Human Factors and Safety-related conferences for people within and outside the aviation sector for over twenty years. The HUFAG hopes to offer like-minded people a platform for exchanging knowledge and expertise.

- Lead investigator and facilitator for predictive, proactive, and reactive safety investigations within KLM and KLM Cityhopper operations, primarily focusing on complex investigations for flight- and ground operations.- Participant in the Ground Movement Safety Team (GMST) part of ISMS. - Performed multiple investigations and projects simultaneously.- Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders for comprehensive safety investigations.

- Began as a third-year intern in the Operational Risk Management (ORM) Department, where I wrote an advisory report on managing daily pushback operation risks at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol.- Continued working alongside my studies as a (Junior) Safety Expert, focusing on occurrences under LVNL's responsibility.

- Stepped in as a planning expert in 2020 and 2021 to cover maternity leaves, addressing staffing challenges heightened by the pandemic.- Utilized my existing contract with LVNL to support the Roster Planning & Licensing Office (RPLO), ensuring seamless department operations and alleviating the workload.

- Headquarters CLSK (Commandant der Luchtstrijdkrachten)- Conducted an advisory report for the Royal Netherlands Air Force focused on enhancing safety culture to support the transition to a 5th Generation Air Force.- Collaborated with the 301 Apache Helicopter Squadron in Gilze-Rijen and the 860 NH90 Helicopter Squadron in De Kooy.
