Focus on rural properties and hobby farms

Started this Tumalo business out of the back of my pickup, running to the valley several times a week w/my daughters to get fresh picked berries and fruit. A few years later; bought a building in the heart of Tumalo and went year round expanding to specialty cheeses, wines, and Oregon gourmet foods. We loved serving the community and working together as a family. As the girls grew and left home, it was time for me to work on my future as well and reenter the sales world.

Managed 13 apt. units and 2 houses acting as owner/operator making all decisions (for the out of state owner) in the running of the property, including; repairs and rennovations.I belonged to the Central Oregon Rental Association for many years and gained much knowledge about property management and the laws that pertain to it during that time.
