Renee founded Paragon Events 28 years ago as an event planning company that has evolved into a multi-faceted, award-winning organization specializing in: event and meeting planning, corporate brand strategy, destination management, association management and event marketing. Paragon Events also offers an internationally recognized internship program. As Managing Director, Renee leads and assists the team in all facets of the company. Paragon Events is headquartered in Delray Beach, FL and operates six other offices across the nation in: Boston, MA; Los Angeles, CA; Orlando, FL; Philadelphia, PA; Pittsburgh, PA; Richmond, VA; and Washington, D.C.

With over 25 successful years of Paragon Events, Renee decided to expand her event planning experience, and her company, by creating Cultural Explorations Cuba. After a very intriguing business trip to Cuba, Renee saw a unique opportunity to be able to bring American travelers to this newly accessible island so rich with culture, art, architecture and history. From pre-trip planning to post-trip recap, Cultural Explorations Cuba takes care of it all, and Renee has a hand in every aspect of these wonderful experiences.

Renee led the day-to-day operations and strategic plan of the Catering & Events service team while providing unforgettable experiences at the highest level of service to clients and guests. She assisted clients in planning meetings, conferences, special events and weddings while contributing to the growth of the overall business by communicating with key event partners and building effective, business relationships. Renee led several hotel catering and convention service teams at a number of 4 and 5 star operations including Four Seasons Ocean Grand, Polo Club Boca Raton, and others. Her responsibilities included development of markets, design and creation of banquet menus, staffing matrix and vendor relationship development. Renee is regularly asked to author content for industry publications and speeches on leadership, cultural and experiential travel and event industry trends.
