Here is where I am supposed to sum up all the things that you can read in the specific job postings below. But I am not going to do that. Instead I am going to explain what I really do...I recognize problems and then I find a solution to that problem. Traditionally, in my career those "problems" have been related to work-place safety. However, in the past few years those "problems" have expanded into risk management, claims management, document control, information gathering, and data crunching. But let's be honest, anyone can see problems, what really matters is finding a solution to those problems. With a focus on the reduction of incidents and effective management of claims I have reduced the financial impact of claims by half and are trending to reduce that impact by half again this year. But that reduction would not have been possible without the ability to gather data from the field timely and efficiently. And I haven’t stopped there. I am now focused on streamlining other processes within our company. Working with key managers throughout the organization we have streamlined employee onboarding, payroll, and various aspects of accounting.In short, I make changes. I improve processes. I step in and get things done for the overall betterment of everyone involved.
