With over 24 years experience in property management I have become knowledgeable in the RCW Landlord Tenant Laws 59.18. Starting my career as a roving on site Leasing Consulting before shifting to a behind the scenes corporate role has enable me to develop skills necessary to work with many different personalities under less than ideal circumstances. After a shift in more of an accounting direction I decided to return to Edmonds Community College to earn my Degree in Accounting.My customer service and organization skills as well as my ability to remain calm in heated situations have helped me to be successful with the tracking and increasing the amount of delinquent debt collected from both our current and prior tenants These skills have proven especially useful when going to court for an eviction or small claims mediation and hearing. My experience ranges from multi-family, single family and association management. I truly enjoy working with tenants and owners through their rental experience.
