The most fundamental part of this is the implementation - does the great vision translate to frontline teams’ experiences? No matter how brilliant the strategy is, the effectiveness of managers in their leadership practice (from Team Leaders to CEOs) is one of the biggest levers available - to either deliver on that mission with creative, collaborative, high performing teams, or to destroy any chance of it happening. 📖 What I doHaving worked in a variety of sectors and HR leadership roles, I usually have an opinion on most things in the workplace, and as such, you can find me speaking or writing about it in a variety of places.
