Major Areas of Accountability: Agency Planning Development and Maintenance: ٠ Organize and direct the agency’s ongoing functions. ٠ Direct and coordinate overall development and administration of the agency consistent with the objectives and resources. ٠ Assist with major responsibility for program and policy formulation for the agency. ٠ assist with the development of the organizational structure. ٠ Assist with ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations governing home health care services through policy and procedures administration. ٠ Maintain ٠ Ensure the accuracy of public information materials and activities. ٠ Assist with investigating and making recommendations to the Governing Body for future growth of all home health care services and product. ٠ Serve on the Professional Advisory Board and Quality Improvement Committee.
