I enjoy the privilege of serving many large and small businesses maintaining their telecommunications accounts. Many of our customers request help on a monthly basis to screen their phone bills for errors, order new services, and make changes or corrections. Started working for Datatel Communications in 2004 as a team of one in the network/connectivity sales and service department. We now have 4 sales and service reps and a full time support person. It's a great place to work and we do very well as a group, and as a company.

Access Long Distance was purchased by McLeod in 1999, so I was "absorbed" by them. I learned quite a lot about local telecom and data, and took advantage of all the training available until McLeod went bankrupt in 2003.
