Jackson National Asset Management (JNAM) is a subsidiary of Jackson National Life Insurance Company that provides investment advisory, transfer agency, fund accounting and administration services for multi-class funds and separate accounts supporting Jackson’s variable annuities, variable life, and employee 401(k) retirement plans. JNAM is a registered investment advisor under the 1940 Act and is a registered transfer agent. JNAM serves as adviser to over 150 funds with approximately $180 billion in AUM.

As a lead senior corporate actions analyst I am responsible for leading a team that reviews, identifies, interprets, and processes all mandatory and voluntary corporate actions as well as dividend payments. I also reconcile and resolve exceptions related to position and cash discrepancies, rate differences, and suspense breaks with custodians. As a leader, I have helped guide several key projects to completion prior to their deadlines, including the implementation of process and system improvements through re-engineering and automation to reduce operational risk and increase efficiency.

• Calculated daily Net Asset Values (NAV) for complex mutual funds accurately and on a timely basis• Maintained a 100% NAV accuracy• Researched and resolved cash and security reconciliations using Enterprise Sungard accounting software• Reviewed daily NAV calculations of less experienced fund accountants• Prepared monthly reconciliation reports and semi-annual SEC filings• Mentored and trained new hires• Assisted in the creation and implementation of new initiatives to improve performance and increase departmental efficiency
