Continued in recruiting, as Decision Consultants, Inc. was acquired by Ciber in 2002.Support the Recruiting Director and Recruiters at Ciber.Serve as local SME on all matters regarding the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including EZ Access, Adapt, and Taleo.Work with corporate office on recruiting ATS system requirements and features to be implemented.Train new recruiters and support administrators on use of ATS.Transform client position descriptions into job postings to attract viable candidates.Create positions within company ATS and post to internal/external job boards.Screen candidate applications and assign suitable candidates to recruiters.Maintain and monitor opportunity coverage report (SharePoint) for correctness. Track recruiter activity, including submittals, interviews, and hires for corporate reporting.Assist with SharePoint site maintenance and ongoing training of new users.Integral in development of company wide activity tracking report, including training administrators on how to ensure the right data is captured.Coordinate candidate travel and relocation.Prepare candidate onboarding paperwork (offer, application, background check, drug screening, client specific forms, benefits enrollment).Onboard new hires, including meeting to complete new hire paperwork, confirm start details, and transition from Recruiting to Human Resources. Schedule internal technical screening and external client interviews.Review resumes from sourcing team and provide sourcing guidance according to client needs.Create and maintain recruiting metrics / ad hoc reporting for Recruiting Director.Source candidates from internal database and external job boards, including prescreening.Work with candidates to ensure resume demonstrates the best fit for opportunity.Ensure employee referrals are appropriately tracked and payment is processed.
