Currently provide leadership to six departments encompassing 120 employees. Manage all procurement, logistical operations, customer service, inventory, warehousing, distribution, repair and receiving of all MRO customers. Specializing in all Boeing platforms with a competitive advantage in narrow body platforms.Ensuring compliance with all FAR and governing regulatory bodies.Responsible for several project initiative to include building a 50,000 sq. ft. centralized distribution facility, transitioning our Materials department from a cost center to a profit center by providing customer prepull packages and kitting services as well as calibration services for tooling. Work closely with quality, engineering and functional departments for quick resolution of problems.

Oversee Boeing Defense contract for kitting, bin management, forecasting, inventory an warehousing for the CH-47, C-17 and the A-10 Thunderbolt assembly production. Ensure compliance with all Boeing PSDS and specifications, Forecasting of usage, inventory stock levels to maximize and meet company goals and margin. Worked closely with Operations to ensure on time delivery and adequate safety stock to prevent stock out for long lead time items.
