My work is mainly informed by the Human Givens Approach (PSA accredited), Mindful Self-Compassion and a variety of body-based approaches.My clients suffer from a range of symptoms including low self-esteem, insomnia, stress, lack of focus, communication difficulties, anxiety, depression, burn-out, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), addictive tendencies and anger. MENTAL HEALTH SPECIALISATIONI taught for Human Givens College for 10 years until 2016, including the Human Givens Diploma, and still work as a therapist and supervisor, and served on the board of directors of the HGI. EXPERT IN THE CREATIVE MINDI provided support and treatments for adults and children with dyslexia and AD(H)D. I was a certified international trainer in the Davis® Approach to Dyslexia for nearly 20 years, from 1998 - 2016.ONGOING CPDI have attended the online Next Level Practitioner Course since the beginning of 2016, with the NICABM.
