At Scratch, I work to provide top-notch service to my guests. I want each of them to feel welcome and comfortable sitting at my table. I know the menu inside and out and enjoy giving recommendations and tips for activities to do in the area. Working in a fast-paced environment allows me to think on my feet and I have developed a knack for problem-solving.

As a host, I worked with management and servers to ensure guests had a superb experience at bartaco. I answered phone calls, added guests to our waitlist, managed the floorplan, and answered any questions guests may have. The environment is fastpaced and no two days are ever the same. I adapted to each day to different situations and worked to uphold the bartaco standards to ensure every guest has the best experience they can.During COVID19, I took a three-month hiatus from work. I am currently back in my role but doing more. I still seat guests, but also assist with takeout, service, and overall guest experience. While it is different, it has been a welcome challenge. As a staff, we are working to ensure a safe and positive environment for all guests.

As the Front Desk Representative in the Academic Advising Department, I worked with our five advisors to manage/schedule appointments, answer/make phone calls, send/respond to emails, and other office duties. I used Starfish to manage appointments, walk-ins, and scheduling. I ensured that students who come into the office with questions were either helped by me or were placed with an advisor to aid them in any way possible.

As a sales associate, my priority was to provide excellent customer service to any person I came into contact with. At the same time, it was also my responsibility to create revenue for Swagger and have a through knowledge of our inventory. My secondary responsibilities were aiding in opening and closing the store, counting registers and handling checks, managing daily tasks to maintain Swagger's weekly revenue goals, and resolving any issues customers may have. In addition to those responsibilities, I also worked with our marketing manager to create content on our Instagram stories on the days that I worked. I had also dabbled with working with email lists and organizing our customer lists.I used software systems such as Silhouette, Pazzles, POS System, Microsoft Suite, 3D Cart, and Google Suite.
