In 2020, I was invited to join the fashion brand So Cute, as COO. The company received a round of investment and needed to build a solid foundation to grow your e-commerce. Using the best practises of Data-driven and CX culture, the e-commerce channel became bigger than all other channels together in 12 months.Key Projects:- ERP Implementation (Financial, Inventory, Marketplace Connections, E-commerce Connection)- Create Data Structure and operational and sales management Dashboards- Implement RFM Matrix to improve customer retention strategies - Restructure inventory storage structure to improve fulfilment process

- Create, Planning and Implement all the culture and strategic view's company- Responsible for the financial health of the company, closely monitoring the cash flow and balance sheet- Development of the e-commerce store, using Magento platform on the first version, and using WooCommerce on the actual version of the web store. - Build the commercial planning, calculating and implementing the sales goal and commission.- Creating marketing campaigns using Facebook Business and Google Ads for improve sale. The results of the campaigns is monitoring by using Google Analytics.

During my first three years at Autotrac, I upgraded and revamped the entire ERP (Visual Basic 6) and rewritten it to a new programming language (C # .NET). During this process, me with the in charge teams, evaluated and improved most of the process of the ERP. After the conclusion of the rewrite, I started a journey of automation, analysing strategic process on the ERP, such as invoices issue, settlementing charge titles, etc. So me and my team built smart models to create automations capable to improve the productivity of the Finance and Billing teams, help them management a thirty six thousand clients every month.- Leverage exceptional software development, programming, and performance management skills to create tools for data analysis of financial, charging and billing processes, using Business Intelligence concepts and Microsoft BI tools (SSIS / SSAS / SSRS).- Deliver strategic technical leaderships during the reconstruction of organisational system architecture using Domain Drive Design (DDD), SOA, Microservices, REST APIs, WCF, and ASP.NET MVC.- Leverage sophisticated knowledge of ASP.NET MVC, Angular, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS to head the internal organisation’s front-end projects.

Upgraded and revamped legacy ERP (Visual Basic 6); rewriting it to a new programming language (C#.NET / Windows Form). Conducted and led business intelligences courses for internal teams.

- Selected to join team to develop a software, using JAVA J2SE, to management the undergraduate thesis of bank employees. The final papers are storage into bank's library (CCBB) and the receivement of them are register by that system.
