Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability and willingness, to assist during work shortages, as a locomotive engineer and conductor.Selected Accomplishments: · Initiated and co-developed training materials to shift from paper to electronic, saving external contractor costs, and helping trainees by utilizing company issued lap tops to improve focus, speed and efficiency of training. · Developed a hands-on approach to the training portfolio which enhanced the students’ learning and understanding and has become a standard part of the curriculum. This has led to labour cost savings of $350K over one summer and led to a nomination for the President’s award. · Leveraged French-English Bilingual knowledge to translate training materials from English to French, which eliminated costs of hiring a translation contractor.· Developed and presented the inaugural WebEx seminars for employees across Canada eliminating travel and time restrictions, and is now an ongoing program Show less
