For over 40 years I have started or co-founded over 20 firms and coached over 250 CEOs. In addition raised over $24 million in angel funds for firms I was involved with as a principal or CEO. I use my experience list of over 150 resources to assist me with solving the CEO and company This while being the founder of Chief Executive Forum (CEF) over 20 years ago and having spent over 13 years in YPO (Young Presidents Organization). My CEF forums range between 8 to 15 CEOs per group at any one time. Firms range in size from $4 million to over $1.5 billion in sales. We share our experience and network with those who are or who aspire to be the best CEO, helping each other define what they enjoy and excel at doing.Activities include being a guest-lecture at the MBA programs like Oregon State and the University of Washington. In addition speaking to CPA and Law firms assisting their staffs to understand how to work more effectively with CEOs. I continue to learn every day and as in the past, while serving on a Bank Board for over 12 years. As well as other private boards, The Board of Trustees of the U.S. Naval Academy, the advisory board of Inc. Magazine, Angel Education Committee at The Angel Capital Association.
