- Implementation of measures to successfully position Sherpany's employer brand- Generate strong leads, meaning contacts to potential candidates for open positions Building up and maintaining a strong talent pipeline- lead the design and delivery of talent acquisition initiatives in Germany that align with business objectives- identify the best channels (recruitment sites, direct search, social media, etc.) to fit the profile needed- Responsibility of the recruitment process for assigned areas on an operational and strategic level- Acts as a sparring partner for employees & team lead's in the recruitment process- Development and implementation of social media activities- Working with relevant KPI and making decisions based on analyzed data
