-I participated in a global project with the Management Solutions Spain team to develop a P&L of products and channels, both digital and traditional, with the aim of measuring the profitability of Santander Mexico transactions using agile methodologies.

-Development of a model for analysis and decision-making based on the spending behavior of the workforce at a national level (+25,000 employees) presented to Senior Management.-In charge of an efficiency project to identify savings in personnel expense lines considering all hierarchical levels of the organization.-Estimation of the Technology and Human Resources development plan, acting as a point of contact with the budget and expense management control directors (+$63 million USD monthly).

-Analyze data obtained from internal platforms and present proposals for the improvement of different procedures.-Expense analysis and implementation of personnel, general and amortization cost efficiency plans (+$146 million USD monthly).-Document and map the new processes resulting from the implementation.-Data management in information cubes developed in Oracle Essbase and Planning.-Management of SAP to create monitoring reports, purchase requests, transfer of resources, supplier management, account management, measurement of travel expenses, among others.-Conciliation of expense figures with accounting, and business book.
