- Prepare and execute agreed business plan for Lighting Controls, Emergency Lighting and Central Battery Systems for the MEIA region- Lead sales and specification team to secure continuous growth in sales as well as specification pipeline- Lead technical team who provides technical design and support to all internal teams as well as consultants and end clients- Generation of project specifications across all targeted countries- Provide local support to international specifies as well as global key accounts- Responsible for national approvals for emergency lighting solutions- Develop and support the key accounts/key projects to ensure targets are met and developed.- Ensure that all agreed Marketing activities within the area are implemented and reviewed in collaboration with the marketing team.- Create marketing activities and steer pricing of the responsible product portfolio- Build & maintain relationships and provide professional advice to consultants, architects & developers in order to sustain market goodwill.- Conduct all sales related activities including project tenders and project coordination work- Responsible for the development of the assigned team to ensure succession planning and training needs are analysed and met- Motivate and inspire team members to exceed expectations and improve performance output.- Forecasting & reporting on monthly bases, the actual and expected business within MEIA
