Under my leadership Schwab implemented one of the first mobile deposit programs and mobile billpay applications amongst broker/dealer competitors and online banks. I led the pricing and co-led the acquisition programs for deposits and asset based lending that account for about 50% of Schwab's revenues. I championed the effort to build analytics and modeling to support interest rate decisions and created the first ever interest rate price elasticity model at Schwab. Strategy Development and Execution:Long history of developing cross enterprise programs to drive growth, reduce risk and improve client experience. Examples include:-Led the launch of new small business retirement plans, 529 College Savings Plan, online planning tools, retirement account automation services all designed to help mass affluent clients achieve their financial goals. These products and services led to over $5B in assets under management.-Championed and oversaw the launch of online portfolio performance reporting with an emphasis on comparing the return relative to the risk for over 2 million retail clients, the first such deployment in the industry to that broad of an audience.

Enterprise Wide Governance and Risk Management:I was appointed and now chair the New Products & Services for the Charles Schwab & Co broker/dealer, a core governance committee that reports to CS&Co’s executive committee. I serve on the Financial Crimes Risk Management Committee, the key fraud risk management committee for the Charles Schwab Corporation. Board Leadership:I was a six year board member and two year Board Chair for the Professional Business Women of California, one of the largest non profit professional women’s organizations in California. Under my leadership the organization grew sponsorship by 25% and served over 30,000 women and men annually through the web based programming and marquee conference at San Francisco’s Moscone Center.I recently started my second two year term as board member for the Jewish Vocational Services in San Francisco, one of the most well respected non profit organizations in the country dedicated to helping people find meaningful work. JVS serves young and mature job seekers with outstanding training, coaching and skill building. I serve on revenue sustainability and audit committees.I am the executive business liaison to Schwab Charitable Fund an independent $6B donor advised fund. I have provided strategic direction, staffing support and governance expertise to the President and Board of Directors.
