During the above mentioned months I have travelled through Australia en New Zealand

I was responsible for the work schedule of three service engineers, which included service inspections, repairs and emergency brakedowns. My main tasks were to elaborate service reports, to make service quotations for customers, compare prices for required materials and purchase them and finally billing the customer for the executed work. I was acting as a link between the service engineers and multiple departments in the office.

Writing my thesis

My main task was to define and shape business processess. I shaped the processess in BPM|01 and wrote a report of it.
