𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐦𝐲 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞As Lead Integrate I'm heading all of Wolfpack's maintenance projects, (data)-integrations and DevOps. I'm responsible for our service delivery after we finish development and making sure our solutions integrate into our client's workflow. We don't just build your software, we also make sure it works effectively and efficiently.

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐦𝐲 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞As a project manager for Wolfpack I make sure the client gets the best solution for their challenges. I guide the process from the intake of new clients to managing current projects and delivering quality software. My role consist of several aspects and I'm involved sales, project management and account management. In the sales process where I'll make a proposed planning for the project, make an offer for the client and closing the deal. When a client agrees to work with us I'll look at the staffing options with the operational team and determine which developers fit the project. I'll manage both the client and the team during the course of the project and make sure that we deliver the best quality. After a project is done we'll keep supporting the client to stay on the cutting edge of technology. Throughout a project I'll be the first contact for the client and make sure that we cater to their needs the best we can.
