I've always been interested in technology and innovation, wanting to know how things work and getting the latest gadgets. Therefore I did a Bachelor study in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Technology in Eindhoven because it offered me a general technological understanding in a multitude of fields. Afterwards, after getting more interested in the business side of things, I chose a slightly different direction by doing a Masters in Innovation Management. This combined my passion for technological innovation with an interest in business and economy.After graduating from the University of Technology in Eindhoven I quickly started as project manager at Wolfpack. It provides me with a great opportunity to grow and learn at the forefront of innovation in the fastest growing sector in business: IT. As project manager I've been leading dozens of teams developing some amazing new projects. As Wolfpack is a start-up it means my role is not confined to keeping the projects on track. It also means I'm involved in sales and account management, so I'm involved in the entire process from A-Z. It's always great to help a client with their idea and bring it to life, supporting them along the way. As a project manager I learned a lot about our clients' needs and how to provide the best service. I'm now using this knowledge in my role as Lead Integrate, where I'm responsible for the service delivery of Wolfpack.
