Coordinating and participating in all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC) of electronic data capture systems for several clinical research projects funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH), acting as the liaison between the project staff and programming staff to communicate system requirements, capabilities, and limitations, documenting all system-related activities, leading education team for internal training courses on in-house software as well as course design and instruction, developing and maintaining project-specific web pages, and participating on the corporate product development team.

Developing and implementing improved database systems for internal operations, coordinating all data processing jobs and managing programmers’ tasks and responsibilities, acting as company liaison to both vendors and clients, and managing and developing protocols for new projects.

Developing and implementing customized relational databases and web-based response capture systems, and executing multiple concurrent data processing tasks with careful attention to data quality, including response analysis, merge-purge, mail file creation, complex queries, database documentation, and procedure documentation.

Running clinical RT-PCR assays for bcr-abl detection in post bone-marrow transplant leukemia patients, updating and maintaining laboratory patient database, documenting all clinical experiments, relaying assay results to physicians, and general laboratory upkeep.
