Over the past 23 years, my journey as a software developer has been both diverse and enriching. It all began at America Online in 2000, where I worked with AOL DB Server 2.0 and 3.0. While it was a challenging experience, I am grateful for the opportunity as it provided valuable insights into more mature Database engines.During my time at America Online, resource constraints compelled us to transform a Dell Optiplex into a LAMP server with hundreds of concurrent connections. The ingenuity displayed during this period allowed us to achieve remarkable results despite limited resources.One of my major accomplishments at America Online was creating a "crud ML" (commonly referred to as "statically valid ordering") for their support agents, integrated with the wikia framework. This innovation significantly reduced call times and earned me the prestigious "Innovation Award" at the company town hall.After my stint at America Online, I had the privilege of working with several notable companies, including Recovery Database Networks, Digital Recognition Network, JDMellberg Financial, Agero, and Motorola Communications.At Recovery Database Networks (RDN), I played a pivotal role in rebuilding significant portions of the database and processing APIs, as well as establishing the original API connections between DRN and RDN. Additionally, I developed the code for order request intake from affiliates, clients, and insurance agents, and implemented post-process notifications and data delivery for accounting and marketing purposes.During my tenure at JDMellberg Financial, I took charge of integrating API connections with Five9 and Salesforce. Furthermore, I developed an effective A-B tester for their marketing lead generation team and built applications within the Salesforce Java environment.Agero was another significant chapter in my career, where I contributed to their customer service portal using Silverlight. Despite facing challenges due to the post-MS end of support, I successfully delivered exceptional results.At Motorola Communications, my responsibilities included maintaining legacy code and building data integrity and discovery tools. This role demanded a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the systems in place.Throughout my professional journey, I have been driven by a passion for innovation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
