I oversee and direct all public and community relations, external communications, social media and business development for the 25- branch network and longest-serving financial institution serving San Diego and Riverside Counties. Served as VP, Marketing and Community Relations from 1995 -2015, overseeing all marketing, advertising, branding and market research in addition to my current responsibilities. To create an added focus on our values-driven brand and culture, community outreach and growth, I proposed dividing the responsibilities between two senior positions. I now serve as SVP, Community and Public Relations.
