As a complex mega infrastructure project, with a project value of excess of $2.5+billion, my role and deliverables were per the following. • Lead the Commercial and Contracts team (20+ staff) for the CTD, “Sky Rail”. • Was the legal and budgetary manager of over $700+m, for the superstructure, rail systems and support teams (consultants, designers, and social procurement initiatives). This involved the development, negotiation, tendering and execution of over 300 legal contracts within a 12-month period with my team. • Alliance Leadership Team (ALT) representative for the Superstructure through a Sub Alliance to construct the viaduct construction of the “Sky Rail” element of the project.
