Mask design for the circuit was designed via EDA software (L-Edit) and ordered to be made through a third-party manufacturer. Through hands-on experience with fabrication at UCSB’s cleanroom facilities, I familiarized myself with fabrication lab machinery and equipment commonly used in the nanofabrication process. These processes include but not limited to Wet/Dry Etching, Photolithography, Wet/Thermal Oxidation, DRIE, Plasma Etching, etc.
