As District Manager, I was responsible for the 12 counties in Northwest Indiana and part of Southwest Michigan. In my 10 years, some major accomplishments were- increasing revenue more than 10 fold, quadrupling the sales territory I was responsible for, and maintain top sales honors year after year- top 3 when I left. I also improved process efficiencies and reduced expenses. I effectively engaged and developed staff of Staffing Supervisors, Professional/Technical Recruiter, Branch Manager, and Onsite Managers - to the point that other Districts in the company looked to my staff for advice and expertise; many times, members of my staff traveled to other markets to assist. I was sought out by colleagues and members of corporate management to provide sales training and empowerment. My client presentations and sales strategies were often uploaded to the company library and used as training or strategic resources.
