I was a Center Supervisor at Biolife Plasma Services for over seven years, where I ensured compliance, quality, and safety of the plasma donation process. I managed recruiting for our center in Boise. I managed the production areas, scheduled employee hours, and addressed donor and employee concerns. I also have an extensive understand for quality assurance and getting our center ready for an audit. I value teamwork, integrity, and excellence, and I strive to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the correctional environment.
