In my passion about the influence that leadership can have on people’s lives, business, and the communities, I am the founder of a leadership empowerment coaching company with 20+ years of experience in coaching leaders, executives and consulting small businesses. As an International Coaching Federation (ICF)- certified empowerment coach, trained through IPEC, I can direct my clients' inner desires to become outer results quickly and sustainably, using my proven propriety programs. I am also the author of the book, Leaving Your Comfort Zone: How to Lead Your Life from the Power Zone, featuring my Power Zone Principles. I am recognized as a leader in business education, am an international continuing education course author for several platforms, and am invited to speak on international podcasts, TV and radio shows regularly. Power Zone Coaching specializes in developing business leaders to claim their "inner" leader - their Power Zones – as well as identifying and implementing business strategies designed to utilize their teams’ strengths and talents to reduce waste, improve customer experience, and increase profits and growth. I have spent over 20 years working to improve the quality of life for dental professionals and the quality of service for dental patients. With my experience as a Registered Dental Assistant and a Professional Dental Consultant, I understand firsthand the unique challenges of operating a thriving dental practice while maintaining a balanced and rewarding life as well. While serving the dental industry, I was able to turn my processes and leadership training into programs for small business owners in a variety of industries. Though I’m no longer hands on in the dental practice, I am still actively involved in the industry through online international CE courses with the ADA and speaking at events, using my message of personal empowerment to help professionals in dentistry to reconnect with their inner leader, step out of their comfort zone and achieve their next level of success. With over 20 years of well-rounded, extensive professional experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge to each and every coaching relationship whether speaking, coaching or through my products. I have a particular passion for working with women in leadership or entrepreneurs roles to understand the importance of how self-awareness and staying tapped into their power zones plays a big part in their ability to be an empowered leader in all areas of their life.
