Responsible for a team of 6, and 1/9 streams in the 400 mEUR transformational Arla programme, Calcium. Directly anchored at EMT level in Arla. Developing a concept for complexity reduction in Arla adapting Boston Consulting Group's smart complexity methodology and learning from Finland Pilot in PLM complexity reduction. A complexity project with ~60 sites, +100 markets and +1000 stakeholders in roll-out scope.Delivering a future concept for Arla, identified savings of 35 mEUR (of 70 mEUR target) in 6 month and ensured long term support by building key elements into processes and systems in PLM.

The Product Complexity Reduction project in Arla was a leaver to unlock value of the PLM program in Arla!The PLM program is anchored at EMT level in Arla and is seen as a strategic enabler for the 2020 Arla strategy. Product Complexity Reduction is a part of the business case for PLM in Arla and therefore the project has a high level of focus from EMT level.Concept building was done in collaboration with Implement Consulting Group, to utilize and adapt their proven concept for complexity reduction.First step, towards the vision of unleashing data to my colleagues in Arla, of ensuring that we has a concept and foundation for delivering the PLM business case.The project was a pilot project in Finland where I was responsible for delivering the project goals:1 - Reduce complexity in Finland and improve EBIT substantially 2 - Build a complexity reduction concept to roll out in other countries or product categories3 - Define requirements towards the PLM program and systems, to ensure that the concept can be automated in the future

I was a PLM Business Consultant in the PLM Program in the fast-paced growth company MHI Vestas. I was a part of a two person strategic and cross-functional efficiency project "Design-to-Value (DtV). My role is to support the PMO manager in every aspect of managing cross-functional projects and my specific responsibilities is tracking implementation of a +50mEUR savings portfolio with global stakeholders, quantitative financial analysis and stakeholder status communication. Resulting in implemented savings worth 41 mEUR on product optimization from 2012-2015. Being part of a two person team, I enjoyed great autonomy and gained experience within every aspect of project management. Moreover I co-developed the DtV 2.0 process focusing on making cost savings a part of Arla's ways of working. The role where I had a vision of unleashing data to my colleagues, to enable them to do their job without asking others for data.
