At Central Element I am responsible for overseeing and managing development projects from inception to completion. In this role I coordinate all aspects of the development process, including site acquisition, financial analysis, planning, design, construction management, leasing and divestment.

In this role I contributed to IHG’s strategic growth, helping to develop the company’s portfolio of leading brands across the Australasia & Pacific region. Collaborating closely with internal Design, Investment, Legal and Commercial Teams I lead projects throughout the entire deal sourcing, evaluation and structuring process.

An experienced property economist and urban strategist, I worked across a range of sectors including residential, commercial, hotel, retail and health. I specialised in providing advice to Government and large firms to understand complex and evolving urban markets; identifying opportunities for new development and/or re-position existing assets to cater to emerging industry trends. In collaboration with Urbis’ Planning, Design and Valuation teams I worked on major national and international city-shaping projects, regularly developing bespoke data models, reviewing agreements, managing sub-consultants and building client relationships.
