Commercial Account Manager For Retail Travel Agencies In Estonia And Denmark
CurrentMain responsibilities:• Develop relationship with customers• Create, manage and implement the account developments plans for Estonian customers locally• Acquisition and development efforts as well as re-negotiations• Identify new opportunities and propose solutions to improve key customer profitability and efficiency• Ensure that products for these accounts are successfully introduced and sold to the customer• Ensure successful and efficient delivery of specified projects and IT solutions• In co-operation with Solutions Expert, specify customer requirements• In co-operation with Solutions Expert, ensure the resolution of problems identified by customers and SLAs, KPIs, & customer satisfaction• Keep customer information up to date in CRM system• Ensure that customer teams reach targets and objectives• Represent Amadeus in customer events• Selling Amadeus solution to Estonian travel agencies• Support and training coordination/escalation with Amadeus Central/3rd party• Reports & Statistics collection (transactions/online customers)
