• Responsible for the strategic and overall relationship to Estonian travel agencies. The work is done in close collaboration with Amadeus central teams.Main responsibilities:

• Ensure that products for these accounts are successfully introduced and sold to the customer

Estonia

• Main responsibilities:
• Selling Amadeus solution to Estonian travel agencies
• After/Post sales training and support
• Amadeus products deployment for all Estonian customers
• Support and training coordination/escalation with Amadeus Central/3rd party
• Reports & Statistics collection (transactions/online customers)

• Main responsibilities:
• Creating offers for induvial and group travelers (mainly for different sport associations in Estonia like Basketball Federation and Estonian Athletic Association)
• Selling different travel services
• Creating/issuing invoices
• Creating travel contracts
• Communication and coordination with IATA/BSP
