I oversee a team of approximately 1000 employees and have full P&L responsibility.An important focus in my role is to support the tech industry with the transition to a hybrid workplace and the future of work. I design and develop products and services that make the workplace attractive, for employees to feel happy and seen at work, both in person and on-line.

In my role at Delta Air Lines, I was in charge of Global Airport Service Strategy for Delta’s 25,000 airport employees. I developed 4 brand new strategic pillars that help build on Delta's already strong culture of service. I my role as director of DSC, I was responsible for all 54 Delta Sky Clubs globally with 17M visitors per year and $350M+ in revenue. We grew customer satisfaction ratings (Net Promoter Score) by 5 points YOY from 2018 to 2020. We accomplished this through focused and targeted strategy in celebrity chef and mixology programming, hiring, training, and developing our team and strategic service partners (Sodexo Live and Compass Group) for food and beverage business and facilities management. My team focused on creative ways to increase revenues using promotions and maintain profit margin at the same time. I also managed new club development, from concept to completion ($1.5B pipeline).
