I strongly believe that with the right attitude, the right knowledge, and the right application of technology, people and organizations can achieve more.After completing my Master's Degree at the Technical University Eindhoven and working in information technology for more than 25 years, I realized that it is not about what technology is, but more about what it can do for you. With the current pace of innovation in our industry it is all about the partnership with customers and partners to drive and co-create Digital Transformation opportunities. Meaning, doing things differently and better by using technology in the right way.Personally, I have an interest in connecting with people and engaging in new cultures, either during my job or in my daily life. Whether it’s about learning more about my favorite country in the world ‘Jamaica’, with its variety of people, nature, and great reggae music, or about our customers, competitors, and our eco-system of partners… I like to build real, authentic connections. Being the son of a teacher, I want to get the best out of people and help them grow and develop, to reach their full potential. An interesting process in which I’m not afraid to poke around a little bit. By being open and transparent I’m convinced that together we can achieve more business opportunities and societal impact. I don’t believe in hierarchical structures, because when we succeed in building real connections, when we build a real network of people and organizations who believe in co-creation, hierarchy tends to be more of a decelerator than an accelerator for success.
