Participated in Kamiesberg Feasibility Study project for Zirco Resources.Assisted the lead project engineer on all packages for the feasibility study. Was responsible for the cable schedule, load list as well as the electrical equipment list. I updated and checked typical technical single line diagrams, schematics and general arrangement drawings. Did all the motor control center general arrangement drawings and sizing. Took responsibility of enquiry packages such as the distribution transformers, MV and LV switchgear as well as modular substations.Participated in a SO2 Abatement project for Zimplats Holdings Limited.Main package engineer for eighty distribution boards, where the procurement as well as design was the package engineer’s responsibility.Responsible for lighting design of the plant as well as the schematics and single line diagrams.Involved in various deliverables such as General Arrangement Drawings, Block Diagrams, Cable and Racking Schedules, Technical Documentation and Factory Acceptance Testing.Participated in a Chegutu Housing project for Zimplats Holdings Limited.Was assigned lead electrical engineer and took on the responsibility for the whole electrical design of the housing complex.Responsible for client meetings, discipline meetings as well as the technical documentations and drawings for the contractors.Participated in a Polokwane Furnace Rebuild project for Anglo American.Responsible for electrical deliverables such as layout drawings of the switchgear.Conducted earth resistance tests at the substation as well as new furnace building and drew up a final report.Attend factory acceptance tests for the new switchgear at the ABB facilities.Participated in the cold- and hot commissioning of the switchgear.

Participated in the R&D department and collaborated with other members of team to expand skills and boost knowledge. Our goal was to build a TEG module that could be attached to the outlet exhausts of dryers in the mining industry in hopes to use all of the waste energy and to ensure a greener future.My responsibilities was:• Created plan documentation and updated project scope changes.• Created CAD models and drawings for our TEG module.• Monitored our TEG project to determine areas and processes needing improvement.• Created product design modifications.• Developed, prepared and reviewed reports and studies to identify and recommend engineering solutions.
