Leading a team of 9 coaches, specializing in engendering agile maturity and self organisation in teams across all teams of the development organisation (~3500 people). My role is focused on being a servant leader, setting the direction and focus for my team of coaches, and ensuring we have an effective and efficient way of working to reach our goals, as well as demonstrating and reporting our results across the organisation. I also have a wider focus of leadership across the teams in our Agile Center of Excellence, ensuring that our cross team collaboration is smooth and united in our approach when collaborating with all the departments ("tribes") in the development organisation.

Agile coaching in the the Better Bank transformation initiative, to realise "Better ways of working", i.e. implementing an Agile setup in Danske Bank.I am the leading coach (tribe coach) for a tribe/department of 60 people. Tribe leadership is shared between tribe lead and tribe coach, dividing the responsibility between what is delivered (lead) and how we work (coach). The work entails coaching of leaders in the tribe and squads; designing, implementing and running all tribe wide agile events and processes; as well as leading the tribe chapter of agile coaches, in both their work as well as growth as coaches. I also coach teams directly on how they work, their mindset, their inclusiveness and respect for each other's talents and differences, as well as all leadership roles in the tribe on embracing this approach.One of the greatest achievements in this role is showing people they need to go beyond frameworks and processes to develop business agility: Don't wait for a process or a quarterly planning meeting to do something about problems that pop up - act now!
