To support the STARK GROUP Business and business units, we ensure the best possible Vendor Relationships to support the future.IT Sourcing is responsible for the IT Sourcing Strategy to ensure we are able to optimize cost and motivate improvement in services provided by 3rd parties.Key responsibilities include:• Lead a team of IT Sourcing Managers to execute all aspects of the sourcing process• Take an active part in the IT Leadership Team• Support the IT and Business Management teams with the group wide experiences to ensure optimal use of current suppliers and optimal RFx/Vendor Selection processes when needed• Ensure IT Spend Analysis is performed on an ongoing basis and actions are taken to solve high value problems• Ensure a continued focus on identification of opportunities for optimization and innovation• Drive resolution of issues affecting quality, lead-time etc. from suppliers managed by IT Sourcing• Support the business in spend management projects that accomplish key objectives like cost-optimization, process effectiveness, supplier consolidation, risk reduction and control of expenditures• Collaborate with Suppliers, Business & System Owners to understand current and future spend with suppliers for the needed services• Assist in the development of multi-year strategic plans and annual budgets. Accountable for monthly operational expenditure to budget alignment. Oversee project expense to budget alignment.
