After being with the company for 5 years, I bought the company early 2001 after a short period of negotiation with the former owner. Till that time the company was acting as a traditional AV-integration company. In the past 11 years I brought the company to the current level. A group of enthousiast and very dedicated professionals with good skills to serve the needs of our high-demanding customers. Innovation is the ability to adapt new technology in to practical and reliable solutions.

At JNV I was responsible for the growth of the commercial activitiescof the company. I joined the company when they only held 3 employees and builded a solid and stable company with 25 employees and multiplied the turnover and profit several times before I took over the company via a management buy-in early 2001.

At Sony I was responsible for the sales of datamedia products to the dealer- and partner channel

As a salesmanger at Skala I was responsible for a group of approximately 25 representatives in a door-to-door sales environment. Started as a representative myself I soon was promoted to groupleader and even sooner to salesmanger.
