With over 20 years of customer service experience, I am a passionate Team Lead of Admissions and Enrollment at Texas State Technical College, where I help prospective students discover and pursue their educational and career goals. I have a BA in Education from Arizona State University, and I leverage my knowledge of the education sector and the labor market to provide guidance and support to students from diverse backgrounds. I also have strong recruiting and human resources skills, which I developed during my previous role as a shift supervisor for nine years. There, I managed staff hiring, training, and performance, as well as customer service and store operations. I am proficient in job postings, HR policies, and recruiting strategies, and I apply them to attract and retain qualified and motivated students for TSTC.
