 Accountable for the quality and workmanship of every activity, precise knowledge of all aspects of construction engineering relating to Civil, Structural, Architectural and Services discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary processes. Supporting Project engineers and Site managers with delivery of work by coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors. Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes. Review the quality of materials at the site and ensure compliance with project specifications. also collaborate with the department for material procurement and maintain quality in overall project. Assist with employees to ensure knowledge of quality standards and ensure compliance by conducting face to face audits periodically and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain the quality of system. Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project including inspection requests, building consents, test results, certificates, non-compliance reports, calibration and site instruction/observations, materials delivered, and other important QA/QC documents. Analyse non-conformance processes and evaluate documents to ensure the maintenance of optimal quality and prepare monthly reports to evaluate performance. Monitor an efficient system and record for project activities and analyse processes to ensure all work according to quality requirements. Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site In-charge for inspection. Report to the QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality.

 This project involves construction and development of NZ Central prison worth of $750 million. Responsible for civil and structural construction in site wide of the project. Preparation and review of Construction Area Plan (CAP), Work Pack (WP), Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) of various packages. Planning the systematic approaches to implementing the safety and health policy and environmental controls on site. Responsible for quality assurance compliance of various civil and structural works. Planning, supervision, and coordination of subcontracted works. Prepare materials take-off for subcontracted works. Planning and Programming construction activities. Assist in the detailed design review of drawings prior to issuance for construction. Arranging Consultant/Council Inspections required for the project with documentations and site execution to fulfil the requirements. Maintaining all relevant project document controls and records including incident reports, QA docs and daily reports. Working with designers to ensure that the project compliance with the specifications (WRITS)& resolving any issues as they occur. Maintaining a professional approach with all existing and potential clients. Planning and monitoring the 4 weeks look ahead programme with sub-contractors. Assist in the valuation of claims or variations, account analysis and forecasted cost of various subcontracted work packages. Preparing weekly and monthly report for the project.
